North East office reaches 3,000 customers ahead of plan

Our North East office – based at Gosforth Business Park in Newcastle-upon-Tyne – has reached a significant milestone comfortably ahead of schedule. JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers North East now has 3,000 live customers – a milestone they didn’t expect to reach until next year.

Having acquired over 1,000 customers in their first year of trading they had expected to reach the 2,000 mark this trading year. However, growth has accelerated further than expected, taking them instead to the 3,000 customer mark, which they reached a month before the end of their second year.

Neil Forrest, Managing Director of the North East business commented:

Most of our customers come to us having spoken to one or more call centres first and struggled to find the cover they need.
