Our team works with our client’s lawyers, funders, project consultants and contractors to ensure all the insurance obligations are met with a robust, competitively priced insurance policy.
We are involved with the lawyers when they are buying sites, the property developers to put in place project policies and building warranties and we then place insurance for the income producing asset at completion. We can also place the professional indemnity for all the advisors involved in the development, such as Architects, Structural Engineers, Surveyors and MEP Consultants.
