How do I apply?

Head over to our vacancy page and find the role that you are interested in. From there, you will be able to complete our seamless application process and upload your CV and contact details. One of our dedicated in-house recruitment team members will review your application and get in touch as appropriate.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Should your details match the vacancy requirements, we will reach out to you and arrange an informal discussion to assess suitability on both sides. We will arrange to speak at a time convenient and then should the fit be ‘right’, we will arrange a formal interview process with the appropriate hiring manager. Any formal interviews will be in person, wherever possible, to discuss your skills and experiences in more detail. We will also give you lots of opportunity to ask questions about us. It’s a two-way process!

There doesn’t look to be a role quite right for me at this time – but I’m keen to be put ‘on the radar’. What should I do?

Am I eligible to apply?

We have a few key criteria that candidates need to be able to meet in order to proceed with employment at JMG Group. You must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK along with the ability to pass a DBS Check. We also check for adverse credit prior to any offer of employment being made contractually, so you must be able to show (by way of completing an adverse credit check with Experian) that you do not have any active CCJ’s / Insolvency arrangements or bankruptcy orders linked to you.

If I join JMG, what career progression can I expect?

We are a business experiencing high growth, so you will always be able to find ways to develop your skills and knowledge. We encourage all staff to create a personal development pathway with their appropriate management team to help focus and works towards your goals. We actively promote and support professional development with the CII and have a range of other training sources to support your development. We also support the transfer of existing training from your current employer wherever possible.
