We Discuss Litigation against Company Directors on The Business Hub

On our latest appearance on The Business Hub with Stray Extra on DAB, we discussed the growing problem of litigation against company directors.
In some instances, where someone feels that they have suffered a financial loss as a result of their dealings with a company, they may try to sue that company for compensation. However, if they were unsuccessful they may instead try to sue one or more of the directors of the firm personally to recoup their losses.
