Trio of senior promotions at JM Glendinning

JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers has announced three senior promotions within its Midlands and Lancashire businesses, to further enhance its growth. David Edmondson, Spencer Champion-Russell and Amanda Rosser have been promoted to more senior roles within the growing JMG Group.

David Edmondson becomes client director at JM Glendinning’s Blackburn office, focussing on
business development and collaborating closely with managing director, Matthew Stuttard on the
broader sales strategy. Since joining as an account executive in 2020, David has consistently
delivered high levels of service for his clients and has developed an impressive network within the
Lancashire area.

Spencer Champion-Russell takes the role of client director at Birmingham-based JM Glendinning Real
Estate. Spencer joined the business in September 2020 as an account handler and was promoted to
account executive in July 2023. Over the past year, Spencer has significantly expanded his book of
business, attracting new clients and leveraging his existing network, which has enabled him to move
seamlessly into his new role.

Amanda Rosser has been promoted to broking team leader at JM Glendinning Real Estate. She
joined the team in July 2023 as account handler. Her efforts to ensure consistency across client and
insurer relationships, along with her support for colleagues and new starters, made her the go-to
person within the handling team and a natural choice for the position.
