New 24/7 Motor Claims Management

Motor Claims ManagementWith JM Glendinning, you can resolve your motor claims quickly and easily, thanks to a new service we’re offering from ALPS (Auto Legal Protection Services Ltd).

What’s more, we also aim to keep you mobile in the event of an incident, with a replacement vehicle being available for at least 14 days in the event of an accident, fire, theft or total loss claim.

If you have a current motor insurance policy arranged through JM Glendinning – be it as a private individual, or as part of a fleet or motor trade policy – you will now benefit from this service. In the event of an accident or claim, all you need to do is call our 24/7 claims helpline, which will be answered within 10 seconds, and the specialist claims advisers will help you through the process.

You will then be allocated a dedicated claims handler to manage your claim from start to finish. They will handle all discussions and negotiations with insurers, and if appropriate will make arrangements for a courtesy car while the claim is being resolved.

* The replacement vehicle entitlement is restricted to 14 days, with the option to extend/upgrade at a reduced rate if required.

The Claims Reporting Line number is 0844 848 1200. Documentation, including a key fob with contact details, will be issued when you next take out or renew a motor policy with us.
