JM Glendinning Blackburn gets behind local youth football team

JM Glendinning Blackburn joined forces with Full Circuit Fire and Security to sponsor Oswaldtwistle Juniors FC Saturday under-eights for the next two years.

The club, which plays in the Accrington and District Junior Football League, will display the JM Glendinning logo on the front of their shirts as they play across the district.

JM Glendinning Blackburn MD, Matthew Stuttard, says: “We are keen to support grassroots sports in our community, so we’re pleased to be able to sponsor the team. It’s been fantastic that we could bring Full Circuit Fire and Security, who is a client of ours, on as joint sponsors. We share the same common interest of protecting local business and giving back to the local community.”

Oswaldtwistle Juniors FC is an FA-chartered football club that aims to encourage and increase participation in football within the community, to provide a framework of FA-qualified coaching and provide opportunities for children to fulfil their potential through football.

Team coach of the Saturday under-eights side, James Mulhall, says: “We’re really grateful to both JM Glendinning and Full Circuit Fire and Security for sponsoring the team. We have a great group of kids who love playing football week in and week out. The support means a lot to us – it is a great boost for the team and enables us to buy new playing shirts which look fantastic. The kids wear them with pride.”
